Under no circumstances will an exchange/return be authorized, if the item has been removed from the original packaging, worn, or has been altered from its original new condition. Orders: Once your order has been processed and shipped, depending on the shipping service, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your package, from the date of mailing. You will receive an email to let you know that your order has shipped.<br/><br/>We also offer shipping with USPS Express Mail and Fedex. Please do keep in mind, regardless of the shipping service, all orders still require 2 business days to process prior to shipping.
