Please note that due to the nature of the product and sanitary/health concerns, there are no returns/exchanges/refunds on hair extensions. All sales are final.

*** In the event that we made an error with your order, please notify us immediately and we will gladly correct it for you. Though it is extremely rare, if you find a manufacturer's defect or have a concern regarding any of the products purchased, we gladly extend a 21 day grace period from receipt of your order to notify us of your concerns. Once you send the product back to us and we verify your concerns, we will promptly send a new replacement order to you. We take pride in our products and service, and our ultimate goal is for you to be happy! ***

In certain rare circumstances, an exchange may be authorized if it is within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase. If an exchange is authorized, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost to ship your new item.

Under no circumstances will an exchange/return be authorized, if the item has been removed from the original packaging, worn, or has been altered from its original new condition.

PLEASE NOTE... FOR YOUR SECURITY, WE WILL ONLY SHIP ORDERS TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS, AND WILL NO LONGER BE SHIPPING ANY ORDER TO AN ALTERNATE THIRD PARTY ADDRESS! WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE!

Once your order has been placed and is being processed, should you decide to cancel the order prior to shipping, a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
