Please note that due to the nature of the product and sanitary/health concerns, there are no returns/exchanges/refunds on hair extensions. All sales are final.
In the event that we made an error with your order, please notify us upon receipt of your order and we will gladly correct it for you. We take pride in our products and service, and our ultimate goal is for you to be happy!
In certain rare circumstances, an exchange may be authorized if it is within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase. If an exchange is authorized, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost to ship your new item.
Under no circumstances will an exchange/return be authorized, if the item has been removed from the original packaging or has been altered from its original new condition.
Once your order has been placed and is being processed, should you decide to cancel the order prior to shipping, a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
EFFECTIVE APRIL 15, 2014, WE WILL NO LONGER SHIP ANY ORDER TO AN ALTERNATE 3RD PARTY ADDRESS AND CAN ONLY SHIP ORDERS TO YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT BILLING ADDRESS. WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE!
