PLEASE NOTE... WE WILL ONLY SHIP ORDERS TO YOUR BILLING ADDRESS, AND WILL NO LONGER BE SHIPPING ANY ORDER TO AN ALTERNATE THIRD PARTY ADDRESS! WE APOLOGIZE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE, BUT THIS IS FOR YOUR SECURITY!
We require 2 business days after receipt of your cleared payment to process all orders, not including weekends or holidays. Your order will then ship on the next business day, following the processing days of your order. If we are out of stock or you have placed a custom order, you will be notified of the expected date of delivery.
U.S.A. DELIVERIES
Once your order has been processed, we ship within the USA with Insured Priority mail. We gladly offer Free Priority Shipping within the U.S.A. on any order over 150.00. You will receive an email to let you know that your order has shipped. Please allow aprox 7 business days for delivery from the date of your order, excluding weekends and holidays.
Express shipping is also available at an additional cost, however please keep in mind that regardless of the shipping service that you choose, all orders still require up to 2 business days to process, prior to shipping. Please contact us if you need Express shipping!
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
International packages are shipped with International Express Insured Post (EMS), or International Priority Post. Both Shipping Services are offered at a discount cost to you! You will receive an email to let you know that your order has shipped.
International Express Mail, please allow aprox 7 to 10 business days to receive your package from the date of mailing. Delivery times can vary depending on your Country, and it is also possible to experience delays when your package goes through customs. Please note, the cost for International Express Mail has been discounted by us as a courtesy, as actual costs charged but the United States Postal Service are higher.
International Priority Mail, please allow aprox 10 to 14 business days to receive your package from the date of mailing. Delivery times can vary depending on your Country, and it is also possible to experience delays when your package goes through customs. Please note, the cost for International Priority Mail has been discounted by us as a courtesy, as actual costs charged but the United States Postal Service are higher.
Depending on your Country, our International friends may encounter a customs tax which will vary depending on the Country you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over this. If you are concerned about the possibility of any additional costs/duty, please check with your local customs/postal office. These costs are the customer's responsibility, as we have no way to know if there will be any additional costs or what the amount would be. Thanks so much!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE / RETURN POLICY
Please note that due to the nature of the product and sanitary/health concerns, there are no returns/exchanges/refunds on hair extensions. All sales are final.
*** In the event that we made an error with your order, please notify us within 7 days of the receipt of your order and we will gladly correct it for you. We take pride in our products and service, and our ultimate goal is for you to be happy! ***
In certain rare circumstances, an exchange may be authorized if it is within 7 days of the receipt of your purchase. If an exchange is authorized, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the cost to ship your new item.
Under no circumstances will an exchange/return be authorized, if the item has been removed from the original packaging, worn, or has been altered from its original new condition.
Once your order has been placed and is being processed, should you decide to cancel the order prior to shipping, a 10% cancellation/restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Florida Residents... Florida Sales Tax applied to all orders.
